Turning messy data into decisions, and shipping the tools that deliver them

I'm Mihir Trivedi, a Data, Business Intelligence & AI Engineer who turns complex data into real business impact. At Flosonics Medical (a fast-growing MedTech company), I architected a centralized Enterprise Data Warehouse, built intelligent ETL/ELT pipelines, and engineered a Generative AI assistant on OpenAI and Gemini that let non-technical teams query sales, production, and HR data in plain English.

Across 8+ years I've shipped in startups, government, a global MNC, and a research lab, spanning healthcare, mining, e-commerce, and the public sector. I've built real-time safety dashboards for underground mines, global B2B e-commerce platforms on SAP Commerce Cloud, predictive analytics that cut reporting time by 40%, offline-first React Native apps for harsh industrial environments, and AI-powered insights for municipal 911 operations.

Most recently I designed and shipped Mihir AI, a production AI chatbot that lives on this site, runs at $0/month, and was built security-first. Custom AI assistants and agents are where every team is heading, and I can build them end to end: inference, data, security, and the product around them.

When I'm not deep in Python, SQL, dbt, Power BI, the Power Platform, or the cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), I'm experimenting with the latest AI tooling.
